  • We currently deliver across the Maldives.

  • For resort and bulk orders, delivery timelines may vary based on location and order size.

  • International shipping can be arranged upon request (subject to additional charges and regulations).

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after confirmation and payment.

  • Custom landscaping solutions and bulk product orders may require additional time, which will be communicated to you in advance.

3. Shipping Methods

  • Local Deliveries (Malé & Hulhumalé): Direct delivery by our logistics team.

  • Inter-island Deliveries: Shipped via cargo or ferry services with partner couriers.

  • Resort Supplies: Coordinated shipping as per resort schedule and requirements.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Delivery charges vary depending on location, order size, and weight.

  • Shipping costs will be confirmed at the time of order placement.

5. Order Tracking

  • For inter-island and bulk shipments, tracking details will be provided via email or phone.

  • Our team will update you regarding expected delivery time.

6. Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • If items are damaged or missing, notify us immediately at palmalandscapeinv@gmail.com or via phone.

  • We will arrange replacement or compensation in line with our return/refund policy.

7. Delays

  • Shipping times may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, or transport availability in the Maldives.

  • Palma Landscape Investment will not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
